About The K Firm
Kailey LeBoeuf
The K Firm was founded by Kailey LeBoeuf and focuses on business and real estate law. Ms. LeBoeuf has handled business and real estate transactions exceeding hundreds of millions of dollars over the course of her career. She earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University College of Law in 2010 and has over 15 years of legal practice experience.
She represents real estate developers, investors, lenders, businesses, and individuals in a variety of matters. She also holds a license from the Louisiana Department of Insurance as a title producer.
Ms. LeBoeuf has successfully represented clients in state and federal court and has regularly appeared before the City Council in Orleans Parish, Jefferson Parish, and the City of Kenner for various land use matters over the years.
Ms. LeBoeuf is an active participant of the Louisiana State Bar Association legal community, contributing through multiple professional activities. For both the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 terms, she has served as a member of the Committee on the Profession. She recently taught a continuing legal education seminar on business and real estate law to Louisiana attorneys for the Louisiana State Bar Association. Her involvement also includes completing the Louisiana State Bar Association Leadership program during the 2022-2023 year.
